United Fitness Privacy Policy
Every person who registers for a United Fitness learning course, or
inquires about United Fitness on campus courses, will have their
personal information protected from the general public.
This means that all personal information including
mailing address, e-mail address, telephone number and
name will not be let, sold or released in any way to any
private organization or public agency – unless required
by law. Individuals need to be aware, however, that
their names and e-mail address will be visible to the
general public whenever they leave a comment on the
website. United Fitness takes no responsibility for any actions
arising subsequent to the posting of this information.
United Fitness may mail information to United Fitness registered students
about program schedules, new courses, or information
about United Fitness. When this occurs, no private organization or
public agency – unless required by law – will be given
personal information of any United Fitness registrant as described
in statement number one. Registrants may choose not to
be included in such mailings, and this choice will be
respected by United Fitness indefinitely.
The owner of United Fitness, or any other person associated with
United Fitness who has access to the registrant database, will not
release any personal information of any registrant to
any person, private organization, or public agency,
unless required by law, or without first obtaining the
written permission of that registrant. In this context,
an e-mail authorizing the release of personal
information will be considered sufficient evidence of
authorization.
United Fitness welcomes your comments regarding the Statement of
Privacy. If you believe that United Fitness has not adhered to
this Statement, please contact United Fitness at
info@unitedfitness.org. We will
use commercially reasonable efforts to promptly
determine and remedy the problem.
